Had a great time with friends! The hotel is conveniently located near the Wonders of Wildlife Museum and Aquarium, just across the street from good dining options. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the friendly staff made our stay even better. Highly recommend for groups looking for a spacious place to stay!

However, one downside was the cleanliness of the common areas. they definitely needed more attention, as it felt a bit neglected during our stay.

Not the best experience

Stayed for 3 nights with family. The pool and hot tub were closed, which was a bummer for the kids. Had a poolside picnic, but staff issues really dampened things. We were told we hadn't checked in, even though there was proof. The breakfast was a letdown too—just a nutrition bar! Definitely room for improvement.

The cleanliness was questionable, with some corners ignored, and the presence of old furnishings made the space feel unkempt. Additionally, the amenities included a pool that wasn’t quite ready to swim in, as the water was too cold for comfort, and breakfast consisted of a rather meager bag with just a muffin and an orange—not exactly what one hopes for in a stay.

My stay at Mainstay Suites Springfield South, Battlefield Rd was delightful! The spacious King Suite was clean and well-arranged, with easy access for seniors. Additionally, the friendly staff made my experience even more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. the king bed was super comfy, and the room was spotless, making it a cozy escape. The kids loved splashing around in the pool and relaxing in the garden area. The only downside was that the hot tub was closed, but that didn’t take away from our fun—definitely a great choice for families! 😊
